Lead and execute compliance for a CFTC-regulated exchange and clearinghouse. Own trade surveillance, manage Eventus/Validus configuration, handle CFTC inquiries, maintain policies and reporting, liaise with Engineering and Operations, mentor compliance staff, and support regulatory filings and examinations.

The Head of Risk will design and implement an enterprise risk framework, manage various risks including market and credit, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a risk management team while collaborating with other departments.

Responsible for driving the growth of ElectronX's funding accounts and revenue through strategic planning, team management, and market analysis. Focus on building a repeatable go-to-market system and optimizing activation processes while utilizing AI tools and data analysis.
