Owns NetBox Labs’ network observability products from strategy and definition through general availability and ongoing iteration. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, technical product expertise, customer discovery, prototyping, success metrics, GTM enablement, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, customer success, and sales. The role focuses on telemetry, monitoring, troubleshooting production networks, and delivering observability capabilities across cloud and enterprise deployments.

The role requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, data-driven optimization, strong writing, and management of multiple concurrent programs, with emphasis on SaaS, technical audiences, open source, and product-led growth.

Lead and scale strategic technology alliances with top partners (Cisco, Red Hat, Nvidia, HPE, Arista, Itential). Drive executive access, joint go-to-market programs, route-to-market placements, partner integrations, and KPI-driven alliance governance while coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing globally.
