Build and maintain high-performance Next.js/React/TypeScript web applications, implement responsive accessible UI components, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, optimize performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals), ensure cross-browser compatibility and SEO, write tests and CI/CD pipelines, contribute to design systems, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Moderate and engage with client social channels using brand voice; write engaging content; ensure communities remain safe and on-guideline; escalate issues and insights; learn client strategy and audience to represent brands authentically. Shift flexibility required.

Moderate and respond to English and French social media comments, create engaging brand-aligned content, maintain safe online communities, escalate trends/issues, and adapt tone across client accounts while working varied shifts remotely.
