Own the full sales cycle for JoVE’s educational video products, from prospecting through close. Build and maintain pipelines, present to academic stakeholders, acquire new customers, grow existing accounts, and meet revenue targets. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success on renewals, campaigns, and team initiatives. Analyze sales trends, attend trade shows, and travel at least two days per week while working remotely.

Own the full sales cycle for higher education customers, from prospecting through closing. Present JoVE products to researchers, faculty, and academic librarians; build pipeline through outreach and meetings; analyze sales trends; collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success; and attend trade shows and related activities. The role requires at least three years of sales experience, Salesforce proficiency, strong communication skills, and travel at least two days per week.

Lead the launch and growth of JoVE’s corporate learning sales division. Develop the US mid-market go-to-market strategy, build pipeline and revenue, lead early customer deals, hire and coach a high-performing sales team, establish onboarding and sales processes, and drive forecasting, accountability, and performance across US and international markets.

Build JoVE’s US K-12 demand engine by generating and qualifying leads, developing targeted campaigns, managing conference marketing, producing audience-focused content, and partnering with sales to convert prospects into opportunities. Track funnel performance, campaign ROI, cost per lead, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution to optimize marketing strategy and establish a scalable K-12 marketing function.
