Designs, develops, and maintains ETL workflows and data integration solutions using SSIS, SQL Server, C#, and Python. Integrates data from databases, APIs, and structured files; develops queries, procedures, data models, and Power BI datasets; and ensures data quality through validation and cleansing. Monitors and optimizes integration workflows and SQL Agent jobs while collaborating with cross-functional teams on financial systems, reporting, budgets, and business requirements.

Leads the strategic design, administration, compliance, communication, and continuous improvement of firmwide benefits, retirement, leave, wellness, and total rewards programs. Supports compensation through market benchmarking, workforce analytics, pay equity analysis, salary reviews, and bonus administration. Oversees vendors, renewals, enrollment, HRIS integrations, regulatory compliance, employee communications, and benefits technology. Partners with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, Talent, and external advisors while leading the benefits team and supporting acquisitions and integrations.
