Serve as a servant-leader and Agile coach to improve delivery flow and team effectiveness across value streams. Support paralegals and attorneys by organizing transaction files, preparing closing checklists and books, compiling executed documents, performing database and public-records research, obtaining signatures, and assisting with mailings, filings, and closings.

Senior-level legal billing and client accounts lead providing full-cycle domestic and global billing support, surge coverage, process analysis, reporting, training, and stakeholder liaison. Manages high-volume, high-fee client portfolios, resolves e-billing rejections, prepares accruals, finalizes invoices, and supports projects, system testing, and cross-functional billing initiatives while mentoring and providing temporary managerial support for regional billing teams.
