Edit and proofread internal and external communications (marketing, patient materials, signage, social media, emails, newsletters). Develop and author content, support communications campaigns, manage project timelines and approvals, use project management tools and analytics, perform first-line risk assessments, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute communications plans.

Lead configuration, optimization, and governance of Salesforce and Ascend; design scalable solutions, manage complex integrations and automation (Flows/Apex), oversee testing, data quality, and system performance; mentor admins, enforce architecture and change management, and participate in agile delivery and on-call rotation.

Serve as the enterprise imaging architecture lead: design, review, and govern imaging solutions (Radiology, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Radiation Oncology). Create solution patterns, ensure standards and interoperability (FHIR/APIs), mentor architects, support enterprise initiatives, and drive implementations from concept through deployment.
