Lead operations strategy execution for the SVP of Central Operations: translate strategy into prioritized roadmaps, run operating cadence and reviews, align cross-functional partners, deliver executive reporting and recommendations, drive change management, and represent the SVP on high-priority initiatives to ensure measurable results.

Design, govern, and support enterprise application, integration, platform, and infrastructure architectures for .NET/Azure solutions. Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to translate requirements, run reviews, identify risks, define secure API and integration patterns, guide containerized deployments, and support delivery through implementation and production operations.

Lead design, implementation, and administration of formula bonus plans; calculate and audit payouts; partner with leadership, HR Technology, accounting and audit teams to streamline processes, ensure financial accuracy, and lead day-to-day team activities and issue escalations. Provide analysis, process improvements, and other finance-related duties as assigned.
