Manage paralegal staff and legal operations delivery; own legal technology platforms; partner with Procurement and Finance on spend management; develop SOPs, dashboards, and KPIs; drive process improvement and support Legal Department strategic initiatives.

Lead design, implementation, and administration of formula bonus plans; calculate and audit payouts; partner with leadership, HR Technology, accounting and audit teams to streamline processes, ensure financial accuracy, and lead day-to-day team activities and issue escalations. Provide analysis, process improvements, and other finance-related duties as assigned.

Log and manage customer complaints in the SAP complaint system, issue call tags/RGAs/credits/replacements, follow up with sales and customers, ensure timely closure, maintain QSR/ISO compliance, and send customer satisfaction surveys.

Lead and execute sales strategies across assigned health system accounts, develop consultative relationships, coordinate with internal sales teams and specialists, manage territory calls and itineraries, and implement Medline products and programs to meet customer needs.
