Own and build core HR programs for a distributed, multi-state workforce. Responsibilities include onboarding, HR operations, leave administration, employment correspondence, employee relations, performance reviews, engagement surveys, employer branding, internal communications, recognition, culture initiatives, and support for the HR team.
