Own end-to-end multi-state payroll processing, employer payroll tax compliance, and business licensing for a ~230-person remote-first workforce. Process biweekly and off-cycle payrolls in Rippling, reconcile taxes, manage registrations and notices, maintain W-2/ACA and licensing inventories, and develop SOPs and controls while partnering with People Ops, Finance, Legal, and operations teams.
