Lead product for DeFi applications including liquid staking, token launches, staking-for-compute, and on-chain payments. Define strategy, tokenomics, liquidity/treasury, integrations, security/audit coordination, legal/compliance partnership, growth/TVL expansion, and governance support across protocols and partners.

Lead and maintain brand identity, produce marketing and motion assets, design intuitive UI for decentralized apps, and create community-first interactive content across product, marketing, and social channels.

Work directly with the CEO and CFO to translate executive priorities into execution: lead strategic initiatives, run executive operating rhythms (meetings, OKRs), synthesize decision-ready materials, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, support finance with analysis and board/investor materials, and represent leadership in confidential matters.
