Leads mechanical product design and development for automotive shift selectors and related components from concept through production. Performs CAD design, modeling, tolerance and stress analysis, FEA, validation testing, documentation, and design reviews. Collaborates with customers, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and global engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure manufacturability, regulatory compliance, and product quality. Provides technical guidance to other engineers and supports NPI, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and production activities.

Design, develop, document, and test safety-critical embedded software for on-highway vehicles. Manages significant Air Force and Space Force programs, including schedules, budgets, requirements, risks, change management, customer reporting, contract execution, and multidisciplinary teams. Leads strategic initiatives, proposal efforts, follow-on business development, and complex projects while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contract requirements. Requires periodic travel to customer and supplier sites and collaboration across departments.

The Financial Analyst performs manufacturing accounting, inventory costing, sales order and quote-to-cash processing, revenue and contract analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, period-end close support, reporting, audit and tax workpapers, and compliance activities.
