Serve as SME for FleetPulse hardware and platform; triage and resolve support tickets; manage hardware repair projects; document procedures; liaise with Product, Success, and Sales; analyze support operations and drive continuous improvement.

Own and optimize FleetPulse's outbound demand generation stack (Clay + Lemlist), build HubSpot nurture cadences, launch ABM programs for enterprise and mid-market fleet accounts, write campaign copy, analyze performance, and collaborate with commercial leadership to prioritize accounts and messaging.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will own software initiatives, improve the FleetPulse platform, and work directly with customers, focusing on full stack development and end-to-end project ownership.
