Own the AI product roadmap, prioritization, accuracy metrics, model and vendor requirements, release planning, and correction feedback loop. Partner with engineering, product, tax, QA, UX, and client success to improve document extraction coverage, accuracy, cost, latency, and filing readiness across K1x products.

Drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation to identify and qualify Tax Partners, CFOs, Controllers, and operations leaders at accounting firms and institutional investors. Conduct account research using AI and tools, prioritize intent-driven accounts, qualify leads, and hand off fully-contextualized meetings to Account Executives. Maintain CRM discipline in HubSpot, meet outreach and SQL KPIs, and share market intelligence to refine go-to-market strategy.

Leads and develops an Account Management team, setting quotas and managing pipeline, renewals, forecasts, and expansion strategy. Personally owns strategic accounts, conducts QBRs, manages executive relationships, and drives renewals and growth. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Support, Finance, Services, and Sales, while handling escalations and using customer adoption data to improve retention and identify whitespace opportunities.

Lead workflow-aligned product demonstrations and support sales through objection handling and RFP responses. Guide accounting firms through onboarding, system setup, tax filing workflows, training, and critical deadlines. Assist with escalations, identify client risks, coordinate transitions to Account Management, and provide feedback to Product and Marketing. The role requires deep tax workflow knowledge, strong client-facing communication, and experience in SaaS solution consulting or implementation.
