Own front-line B2B SaaS customer support across chat, email, and video. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalate appropriately, identify issue patterns, improve processes, create knowledge-base content, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. The role also contributes to support tooling, workflows, and playbooks while using AI thoughtfully in daily work.
