Own the full enterprise sales cycle for LangChain's GenAI platform, driving POCs, negotiating deals, and building long-term customer relationships. Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to ensure successful deployments, feed product insights, and help shape the sales playbook for enterprise adoption of LangChain products.

Own technical sales wins by leading discovery, evaluations, architecture reviews, proofs of concept, demos, and competitive assessments. Co-architect and build production AI agents with customers, support deployments, provide post-sale technical guidance, and identify expansion opportunities. The role also includes customer training, reusable technical content, upstream contributions, and sharing field feedback with product teams.

Lead technical support for customers, diagnose issues in LLM applications, work with engineering to resolve bugs, and mentor support engineers.

Work directly with customers to co-architect, build, deploy, and operate production AI agents. Lead technical pre-sales POCs, provide post-sale architectural guidance, run demos and workshops, contribute reusable patterns and occasional upstream code, and travel to customers (~40%).

Lead account-based marketing for Strategic accounts: define ICPs, build 1:1 and 1:few omni-channel campaigns, align with sales, run events, measure pipeline and ROI, and influence cross-functional priorities to accelerate high-value pipeline.

Own and govern the end-to-end marketing tech stack and campaign operations: roadmap, integrations, tracking, tag management, data flows, and reporting. Build AI-powered automations and operational tooling, ensure data hygiene, and support ABM and PLG initiatives through signal and workflow design.
