Support onboarding and ongoing relationship management for fintech/BaaS partners. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track deliverables, monitor issues, maintain partner documentation, produce reporting and executive summaries, assist with integrations and data analysis, ensure compliance (including BSA), and improve partner workflows and playbooks.

Support the BaaS Director by operating the BaaS platform, performing due diligence and risk assessments, producing performance and risk reports, mapping processes, assisting workflow design, and ensuring fintech compliance with bank controls and regulations (including BSA). Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain ERM tasks, and support vendor/fintech relationships and committee reporting.
