Serve as primary liaison for loan approvals through closing and life-of-loan servicing. Manage deal pipeline with Relationship Managers, coordinate closing documentation and due diligence, partner with operations for booking and reconciliations, ensure proper funding and loan processing, review and close loan documents, and escalate and resolve transaction issues.

The Credit Risk Manager underwrites transactions, mitigates lending risks, and oversees compliance while interacting with clients and preparing reports.

Manage a commercial servicing team to deliver high-quality service across assigned market verticals; hire, train, coach and evaluate staff; partner with business units (deposit operations, treasury, product) to ensure consistent processes; implement process improvements; ensure BSA/OFAC compliance and complete required AML/BSA training.

Support underwriting and portfolio management by monitoring financial exception reports, updating tickler dates, escalating missing financials, coordinating receipt and imaging of statements, contacting borrowers/CPAs, monitoring delinquent items, and providing timely information to CPMs and Loan Officers.
