Responsibilities include developing standardized service models, playbooks, tooling, SLAs, onboarding, quality controls, capacity and cost models, utilization targets, and margin instrumentation. Lead and build MOXFIVE's Customer Success function: define strategy and KPIs, create post-incident client journeys, manage a CS team, drive retention and expansion, serve as senior escalation and primary POC for top-tier accounts, and partner cross-functionally to translate service quality into growth.

Lead platform engineering to improve cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, secrets, observability, and production guardrails.
