Develop and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue and market share. The role collaborates with marketing, technical support, and sales leadership while serving as a trusted advisor to partners.

Provide commercial legal support across sales, vendors, finance, HR and operations. Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume MSAs, WSAs, NDAs and partner agreements; advise on international contracting, disputes, employment issues, credit and collections, compliance, and contract process scaling in a fast-growth telecom SaaS environment.
