Designs and oversees customer experience strategies across the installation lifecycle. The role manages customer journeys, Voice of the Customer programs, feedback analysis, scheduling coordination, escalations, change orders, KPIs, and cross-functional improvements with Sales, Field Operations, and Engineering. The manager also trains Customer Service Associates and advocates for customer needs in product and service decisions.
