Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI controls for packaging machinery. Lead strategy and execution for integrated automation and material handling solutions across the Americas. Oversee large-scale, multi-site projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; standardize engineering, installation, and aftermarket processes; drive KPI-based continuous improvement; collaborate cross-functionally and build high-performing teams.

Work with sales and customers to design material-handling solutions, estimate costs, develop schedules, solicit vendor quotes, create proposals and pricing documents, maintain drawing libraries, and support process improvements while staying current on industry technologies.
