The Senior Accountant manages general ledger activities, monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement reviews, variance analysis, audit schedules, and internal controls. The role investigates discrepancies, supports accounting staff, improves processes, communicates accounting issues, and participates in special projects. It requires in-person collaboration at the Chicago Support Center and expertise in U.S. GAAP, Excel, and accounting systems.

Provide consultative employee-relations support to field leadership across multiple units: conduct investigations, counsel leaders, analyze HR metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, drive change management, prepare reports, and develop proactive HR strategies to improve engagement and performance. Frequent partnership with support center teams and ~25% travel.
