Lead due diligence and closing coordination for multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, and debt transactions. Manage document review, vendor coordination, BOV process, buyer/seller and broker communication, onboarding/offboarding of assets, and one to two direct reports. Collaborate with Investments, Debt Capital Markets, Asset Management, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and outside counsel. Minimal travel required.

Lead strategy, structuring, execution, and placement of single-asset and portfolio financings across CMBS, agency, bank, life company, debt fund, mezzanine, bridge, and construction loans. Partner with executive leadership and Blackstone on capital strategy, manage hedging and swap portfolios, build lender relationships, oversee underwriting/diligence/documentation, mentor junior team members, and report on capital structure, maturities, and market conditions to inform decisions.
