It also applies AI tools, automation, technical SEO, and structured content practices to increase citations and trusted-source representation.

Collaborates with marketing, web, technical, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and coordinate implementation. The role also applies knowledge of web architecture, release cycles, SEO, A/B testing, Agile methods, CMS platforms, and developer workflows.

Generates and qualifies B2B2C sales leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, webinars, conferences, and presentations. Manages Salesforce lead tracking, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, and mass-email outreach. Supports private client enrollment, cohort kickoffs, account initiatives, and wealth management education products while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and student support teams.

Develop and edit practice and exam-style questions and study materials for FE/PE/SE exams across engineering disciplines. Perform technical and quality reviews, correct errata, contribute study plans, and communicate with Kaplan teams and contractors to meet project deadlines.

Lead Oracle Fusion implementation and support across Financials and Supply Chain: gather requirements, configure, test, deploy, write functional/technical specs, troubleshoot, train users, manage patching and vendor support, and assist month-end close.
