Advise commercial clients on trade finance solutions (LCs, SBLCs, EXIM loans), structure transactions, manage issuance/amendments and settlements, assess country/counterparty/document risk, ensure UCP 600/ISP98 and OFAC/AML compliance, support credit underwriting, operations, product development, and internal training.

Analyze and maintain financial information for clients, prepare credit studies and loan packages, assess credit and collateral risk, collaborate with bank groups on treasury and legal documents, support reporting and compliance, and manage interactions with third parties and loan disbursement monitoring.

Lead development and execution of the bank's 3-year strategic plan, partnering with executives to prioritize initiatives, align KPIs/KRIs and budgets, integrate strategy with capital, risk, technology and operational planning, evaluate market and competitive trends, and support executive reviews. Drive intake, alignment, and prioritization of enterprise initiatives, advise on transformation efforts, and manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations. Role requires periodic travel for offsite planning and industry events.
