Owns governance for critical credit and lending data across the bank. Defines metadata, standards, ownership, and data quality controls; resolves defects; documents lineage; supports regulatory compliance and risk reporting; and partners with business, technology, and risk teams. The role also contributes to system modernization, change management, reporting accuracy, and enterprise data strategy initiatives.

Leads leveraged finance strategy, business development, transaction origination, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio performance. Research laws and regulations, plan testing scopes, execute transactional and control reviews, identify compliance weaknesses and root causes, document findings in electronic workpapers, recommend corrective actions, and communicate results through reports and management meetings. Maintain testing records and tracking logs while collaborating with managers, subject matter experts, and business-line stakeholders.

Designs and maintains secure AWS and Azure cloud environments, including landing zones, security guardrails, IAM policies, compliance controls, monitoring, and incident response. Integrates security testing and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD and SSDLC workflows using Terraform and DevSecOps practices. Partners with engineering and security teams to implement secure infrastructure, improve observability, manage vulnerabilities, and support governance frameworks including NIST, CIS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

Supports wealth management compliance and risk activities, including audits, examinations, corrective actions, complaints, fraud issues, registrations, governance documentation, compliance training, regulatory coordination, and testing. Partners with advisors, business leaders, corporate risk teams, LPL Compliance, and regulators to maintain adherence to banking, brokerage, and wealth management requirements.

Leads community marketing and brand visibility initiatives, including strategic campaigns, sponsorship activations, media partnerships, branch openings, promotional events, and community programs. Manages campaign execution, media buying, creative coordination, budgets, timelines, stakeholder communications, marketing partnerships, and performance evaluation across multiple concurrent projects.

Leads commercial sales enablement, performance analytics, field collaboration, and strategic execution across Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and Financial Institutions. Builds and manages a cross-functional team, develops KPIs and dashboards, supports go-to-market initiatives, advises executives, improves sales processes, and leads transformation, post-merger integration, audit, and operating model initiatives.

Provides analytical support to the Mortgage division by analyzing pipeline, production, performance, and external benchmark data. Develops and distributes leadership reports, maintains staffing models, administers the mortgage CRM platform, monitors usage, supports Salesforce integration, manages mortgage inquiry distribution, and centralizes recurring and ad hoc reporting.
