Lead the architecture, security, and operation of Maestro’s multi-tenant AI platform on private GKE. Build Kubernetes operators, isolated per-user runtimes, identity and credential systems, service-mesh security, Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, audit pipelines, fleet operations, and human approval guardrails. Partner on safe agent integrations, establish platform and security standards, mentor engineers, and guide infrastructure strategy as the system scales.

The role also sets technical direction, mentors engineers, and partners across Product, Security, and Leadership to deliver secure, reliable distributed systems at scale.

Lead the cross-functional product squad responsible for consumer lending acquisition and activation. Own strategies, roadmaps, growth loops, funnel analytics, experimentation, and conversion from first to second loan. Partner with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Platform teams while balancing growth, credit quality, and unit economics. Supervise AI-assisted product discovery and analysis with strong quality controls.

Leads the cross-functional product squad responsible for consumer lending acquisition and activation. Owns growth strategy, loan funnel measurement, experimentation, first-loan conversion, and progression to second loans. Partners with engineering, design, data, marketing, risk, credit, compliance, operations, and platform teams to balance growth with credit quality and unit economics. Establishes analytics frameworks, removes funnel friction, supervises AI-assisted workflows, and drives rapid product discovery and delivery.

Leads acquisition and activation for Felix’s consumer lending products. Owns growth strategy, OKRs, roadmaps, acquisition and activation loops, funnel measurement, experimentation, and first-to-second-loan conversion. Leads a cross-functional engineering, design, and data pod while partnering with Marketing, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Operations, and Platform teams. The role balances origination growth with credit quality and unit economics, using user research, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows with strong quality controls.

Own the end-to-end fraud strategy for Felix’s new card issuance program, including authorization decisioning, authentication, velocity controls, onboarding risk, cross-account detection, dispute management, and network fraud monitoring. Build the fraud operating model with vendors, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Fraud Operations. Use advanced SQL and BigQuery to assess exposure, backtest thresholds, monitor fraud indicators, and develop scalable controls for future products and markets.

Own Felix’s US fintech partner ecosystem, including banks, payment processors, stablecoin issuers, yield providers, and credit infrastructure vendors. Lead infrastructure strategy, partner performance, commercial negotiations, product and engineering alignment, compliance coordination, and vendor selection. Build partnership playbooks and hire and develop a team of partnership managers while enabling new credit, lending, wallet, and digital asset products.

Lead the strategy, development, and scaling of Felix’s payments platform and orchestration layer. Own processor routing, payment methods, settlement, reconciliation, authorization, conversion, processing cost, and GMV metrics. Collaborate with engineering, finance, fraud, operations, business development, and external banking and processor partners. Use SQL, experimentation, and technical systems knowledge to improve payment performance, resilience, and unit economics across cards, wallets, ACH, cash, and alternative payment rails.

Own the vision, roadmap, and performance of Felix’s Payouts Platform across bank transfers, instant payments, wallets, cards, cash networks, and crypto rails. Drive platform adoption, market and partner expansion, payout routing, reliability, cost reduction, automation, compliance, liquidity coordination, and service commitments. Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, treasury, product, and business development teams while tracking payout success, speed, and cost metrics.
