Own the end-to-end fraud strategy for Felix’s new card issuance program. Design authorization decisioning, step-up authentication, velocity controls, dispute and chargeback processes, and cross-account fraud detection. Monitor Visa and Mastercard fraud thresholds, build early-warning systems, partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Fraud Operations, and vendors, and use advanced SQL and BigQuery to size exposure and backtest controls. Establish scalable fraud operating models for future card products and market expansion.

Own Felix’s U.S. fintech partner ecosystem, including banks, payment processors, stablecoin issuers, yield providers, and credit infrastructure vendors. Lead infrastructure strategy, partner performance, commercial negotiations, product and engineering alignment, compliance coordination, and vendor sourcing. Build partnership processes and hire a team of partnership managers while enabling new financial products and scalable money movement capabilities.
