Manage onboarding of pharmacy chain customers to RedSail's claims switching and pharmacy platform. Complete implementation tasks, document plans, coordinate integrations (NCPDP, BIN/PCN, connectivity), lead testing and cutover, troubleshoot transactions, and transition customers to account management while maintaining stakeholder communication.

Serve as the dedicated technical and operational partner for strategic pharmacy customers. Build reporting dashboards, analyze performance to inform SEO, content, and broader marketing strategy.

Investigate and prevent fraud involving customer accounts and pharmacy activity by analyzing RAS/PowerLine and PMS data, conducting proactive audits, documenting findings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and recommend corrective actions and policy improvements.

Lead a team of automation engineers, oversee automation strategy and integration into CI/CD for delivering quality software.
