Coordinate and support accreditation and compliance activities (NCQA, URAC, CMS, Joint Commission), prepare audit materials, track KPIs, analyze UM/CM and quality data, identify gaps, support corrective action plans, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver staff training to ensure survey readiness and regulatory adherence.
