Manage scheduling for large-scale construction and capital programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau. Develop master and detailed construction schedules, apply critical path and rolling wave planning, resource-load schedules, track quantities and float paths, and produce look-ahead and monthly progress reports. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity, identify potential delays, analyze trends, and communicate project issues.

Leads cost control for oil and gas pipeline capital projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, variance analysis, earned value, change management, invoice reconciliation, and executive reporting. Collaborates with project, finance, procurement, contractor, and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy and governance. Supports audits, SOX compliance, annual planning, process improvements, and mentoring of junior personnel.

The Associate Director will lead the Estimating team, manage cost estimates and plans, develop good practices, interface with clients, and drive business growth.

Lead and manage project cost and schedule controls for large construction projects: administer change control, contingency, budgets, invoices, earned value reporting, contract administration, closeout documentation, cost benchmarking, and progress/schedule tracking while coordinating with GCs, PMs, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Manage and maintain project cost control systems, track budgets/commitments/forecasts, prepare cost estimates and cash-flow analysis, produce monthly cost reports, reconcile data, support earned value reporting, and work with project teams to review invoices, change logs and cost forecasts for medium-to-large construction projects.
