Manage accounts receivable across multiple entities and funds, including invoicing, payment application, reconciliations, collections, deposits, revenue coding, grant and contract billing, and reporting. Support month-end and year-end close, revenue recognition, audit preparation, internal controls, and accounting system maintenance. Collaborate with finance, advancement, program teams, funders, vendors, and donors to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented receivable transactions.

Reviews expenses, invoices, reserves, receivables, grants, and departmental distributions; prepares spreadsheets and check requests; posts interest and budgets in Shelby; supports accounts payable and receipting; and resolves vendor or department inquiries. Maintains accurate documentation and assists with internal audits while providing backup finance support.

Provides administrative and office support for a community center, including phone and mail management, correspondence, filing, supplies, scheduling, deposits, payables, billing, grant and donation reporting, and tenant payments. Supports recruitment, hiring, employee records, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, and leave administration while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.

The Correctional Monitor ensures facility security, manages resident movements, assists supervisors, conducts headcounts, and supports Reentry Case Managers.
