Supports the Educational Media Team in developing, managing, and optimizing media products. Responsibilities include maintaining digital asset management standards, managing asset lifecycles, supporting product roadmaps and campaigns, analyzing product performance and customer satisfaction, coordinating media operations, assisting sales teams and demos, creating media deliverables, and communicating with vendors and contractors.

Manages and negotiates affiliation agreements and contracts supporting student field experience placements, primarily in Education and Nursing. Responsibilities include reviewing and preparing agreements, tracking amendments and issues, researching applicable laws and regulations, addressing insurance and indemnity requirements, coordinating with legal staff and field sites, maintaining contract systems, and producing administrative reports.

Provides strategic legal counsel to Covista’s higher education institutions and corporate functions on regulatory, academic, student, operational, compliance, and strategic matters. Advises on Title IV, Title IX, Title VI, Section 504, FERPA, student issues, disability accommodations, records, and academic policies. Negotiates partnership and clinical affiliation agreements, supports agency responses and institutional reviews, monitors higher education legal developments, develops compliance strategies, and delivers legal training. Requires collaboration with institutional leaders and other legal teams.

Advises and supports students throughout experiential learning placements, including application review, registration coordination, site and preceptor approvals, documentation, tracking, and proactive outreach. Builds relationships with internal teams, healthcare partners, and preceptors; facilitates affiliation agreements; resolves student barriers and concerns; provides referrals, coaching, and peer guidance while maintaining accurate records and supporting student success.

Processes non-TIV student funding, direct billing, VA and accounts receivable transactions. Communicates with internal stakeholders and external agencies, posts and reconciles payments, resolves student account balances, supports compliance, and maintains accuracy and service-level standards. The role also participates in training, quality assurance, process improvements, team meetings, and special projects while applying knowledge of military, finance, and higher education policies.

Supervise advising and retention staff while executing student persistence strategies that improve enrollment, academic outcomes, and graduation. Resolve escalated student issues, support course registration and financial advising, monitor student data and at-risk scenarios, provide coaching and training, ensure compliance with Title IV policies, and lead process and technology improvements. Collaborate with university leaders and departments to deliver a consistent student experience and support institutional enrollment goals.

Leads Covista’s Applied AI portfolio across agentic AI and RPA delivery teams. Owns strategy, architecture standards, responsible-AI governance, evaluation quality, partner and vendor management, backlog prioritization, budget decisions, and team development. Ensures agents meet architecture, safety, regulatory, evaluation, and business-value requirements. Builds the AI leadership team and collaborates with data, technology, governance, and business stakeholders across Covista’s school brands.

Lead real-time community engagement across multiple university brands, manage social listening and sentiment monitoring, build and run a Social Ambassador Program, translate SEO/AEO priorities into community and ambassador content, partner with brand social managers and cross-functional teams, and execute ambassador events and advocacy campaigns.

Contact and qualify prospective students via phone, email, and SMS; guide applicants through the enrollment process; collaborate with internal teams to ensure application progression, compliance, and student satisfaction while meeting enrollment goals.

Lead Post Licensure marketing for Chamberlain University, owning strategy, multi-channel campaign execution, creative direction, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional partnership to meet enrollment and revenue targets. Manage and mentor marketing team and ensure compliance in a regulated environment.
