Partner with project teams and stakeholders to analyze, design, document, and improve business processes. Coordinate UAT, communicate results and risks, manage project documentation, and support go-live activities while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.

Interpret and analyze federal, state, and accreditor regulations; develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures; liaise with campuses and regulators; review marketing materials; deliver guidance and training; escalate and remediate compliance issues; prepare senior management presentations; support continuous improvement and act as delegate to the Regulatory Affairs Manager.

Manage end-to-end clinical affiliation agreements, ensure compliance and documentation in the Clinical Learning Management System, perform contract audits, optimize reporting, administer SFDC and train users, coordinate stakeholders, and support clinical partner and accreditation requirements.

Provide U.S., Canadian, and Caribbean employment law advice; handle investigations, terminations, EEOC responses, policy development, employment-related contracts, risk assessments, trainings, and advise on privacy and AI implications for HR. Partner with HR and stakeholders to implement best practices and monitor evolving employment and AI regulations.
