Leads FP&A and strategic financial decision support for Chamberlain University. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, executive and board reporting, P&L and KPI analysis, scenario planning, business cases, cross-functional partnership, process automation, and initiative ROI tracking. Manages multiple executive workstreams, approvals, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining consistent voices and polished content. The role requires strong writing, organizational rigor, discretion, executive support experience, social media fluency, and effective use of AI tools.

Provides proactive student finance advising and manages a portfolio of approximately 850–950 students. Develops individualized financial plans, explains Title IV and related regulations, resolves escalated financing concerns, collaborates across departments, and supports process improvements. The role requires accurate account assessment, exceptional customer service, independent judgment, and subject-matter expertise in student finance policies and procedures.

Provides administrative and operational support across HR functions, including onboarding, background checks, I-9 verification, personnel changes, HRIS data maintenance, employee inquiries, unemployment claims, records management, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with HR, Employee Relations, Legal, and external agencies while protecting confidential information and delivering timely, customer-focused service.

Support Covista executive team on enterprise strategy and corporate development: competitive intelligence, annual strategic planning, portfolio analysis, market entry and M&A support, financial modeling, board-level presentations, KPI tracking, and execution of growth initiatives.

Lead Salesforce administration and Experience Cloud solutions across student-facing portals. Configure declarative automation, support integrations, manage releases and sandboxes, troubleshoot production issues, produce reports/dashboards, maintain data quality and security, translate business needs into technical designs, and drive adoption and continuous improvement.
