Draft, review, redline, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts from intake through renewal or expiration. Track obligations and deadlines, maintain contract repositories and metadata, identify process improvements, train business teams, monitor compliance, support audits and regulatory reviews, and escalate higher-risk terms to senior counsel. The role partners closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations while handling a high volume of agreements.

Leads B2B customer and community marketing programs, including customer launches, campaigns, advocacy, content, events, webinars, lifecycle communications, and Voice of the Customer initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, approvals, timelines, executive engagement, and customer participation. Partners with Sales and Customer Success to support retention, renewals, expansion, and advocacy while tracking campaign performance and recommending improvements.
