Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations reporting to the controller: manage AP and vendor payments; prepare journal entries and reconciliations; maintain fixed assets records; support NetSuite automation and SQL queries; manage budgets, forecasts, Board reporting, tax filings, treasury and borrowing base reporting; assist revenue cycle AR and cash analyses across 12 states.
