Build and maintain Midstream's go-to-market operating system: design GTM systems and workflows, manage CRM and automation stack, create dashboards and forecasting, drive AI adoption, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Product, and leadership to scale commercial operations.

Serve as the technical bridge between customers and Midstream: lead technical discovery, design enterprise AI solutions, validate architectures, advise executives, build repeatable demo assets, and shape product and GTM technical foundations for healthcare deployments.

As a Partner Engagement Manager, you will ensure customer success by driving adoption, building strong relationships, managing account health, and creating positive experiences that lead to customer advocacy and expansion.
