Own Sales Operations for a scaling B2B healthcare company. Administer HubSpot Sales Hub, establish CRM governance, improve pipeline visibility, support forecasting, analyze sales data, optimize processes, coordinate RFPs and proposals, and implement AI-enabled automation. Partner with sales, marketing, client success, and finance to resolve operational issues, improve handoffs, and drive adoption. This remote individual contributor role may eventually build and lead a broader Sales Operations function.
