Provides Tier 2/3 technical support for onsite and remote users, including endpoint lifecycle management, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking support, cybersecurity remediation, documentation, and PowerShell automation. Coordinates with managed IT service providers, supports IT projects, maintains infrastructure, and resolves escalated issues requiring organizational knowledge. The role requires occasional travel, after-hours support, and eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance.
