Leads the company’s financial strategy, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash management, risk management, and internal controls. Partners with executive and operational leaders to improve profitability, margins, working capital, efficiency, and scalability. Oversees inventory accounting, WIP, costing, financial modeling, ERP capabilities, and strategic investments while leading and developing the Finance and Accounting team.

The Electric Motor Coil Winder prepares and strips windings for electric motors, conducts inspections, and may manufacture coils and perform electrical tests. Entry-level technicians will be trained in these processes, while experienced technicians will conduct more complex tasks such as inspection, testing, and electrical connections.
