Investigate claims to determine subrogation potential, gather evidence, evaluate liability, negotiate settlements, and pursue arbitration or legal action when needed. Prepare demand letters, arbitration submissions, documentation, and client reports while researching statutes and case law. Maintain claim files, communicate with clients and involved parties, process checks, support training, and identify process improvements. This is a fully remote role with no expected travel.

Collects past-due B2B accounts through phone, email, and written correspondence. Responsibilities include negotiating payments and settlements, resolving disputes, updating collection records, meeting revenue and productivity goals, maintaining confidentiality, supporting clients and coworkers, and identifying process improvements. The role is fully remote, Monday through Friday, with no travel or supervisory responsibilities.
