Manage governance and PMO processes for a large-scale healthcare transformation program. Responsibilities include integrated planning, milestone and dependency tracking, RAID management, status reporting, steering committee materials, cross-functional coordination, meeting facilitation, risk escalation, documentation, and delivery oversight across business, technology, QA, and consulting workstreams. This is a part-time remote contract through February 2027, with occasional travel to Chicago.
