Leads day-to-day legal department operations, including workflows, matter and document management, budgets, invoicing, vendors, outside counsel, and contract lifecycle oversight. Supports real estate transactions, corporate governance, entity management, compliance, legal research, claims, litigation, subpoenas, and insurance matters. Oversees the law clerk program and mentors legal talent while working closely with the General Counsel and physicians.

Provide substantive corporate legal support including drafting and managing contracts, supporting commercial real estate transactions, maintaining corporate governance and entity records, preparing filings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with compliance, litigation support, and special projects under the General Counsel.
