Provides administrative support to mall management, including accounts payable and receivable assistance, procurement, petty cash, budgeting, marketing events, short-term leasing, rent and tenant sales tracking, office inventory, customer complaint responses, document preparation, and HR administration. Coordinates records, contracts, policies, reports, and general office projects while maintaining accurate financial and operational information.

Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn general management of a shopping center. Support financial analysis, budgeting, leasing, marketing, security, capital planning, tenant relationships, customer experience, team development, and operational strategy. The role prepares the trainee to assume an assigned General Manager position after successful completion and requires relocation.
