Lead and manage Workday release management across bi-annual, one-off, and change releases. Plan, coordinate, test, and deploy Workday updates, liaise with HCM/Finance/IT/security/privacy stakeholders, document requirements, establish controls, and ensure minimal disruption while maximizing institutional value. Support deployments (manual and automated), stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration.

Lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud and AI-enabled solutions. Define architecture strategy, promote reusable patterns, guide cloud migrations, drive generative AI/LLM adoption, mentor architects, and establish governance, standards, and paved-road reference architectures across globally distributed IT applications.

Lead design and implementation of a global agriculture finance initiative. Provide business, financial, and economic expertise; manage large, complex projects; build partnerships with financial institutions and multilateral partners; negotiate agreements; and support TNC's conservation and 2030 goals across regions.
