Lead HTSA as its strategic, visionary executive partner to the Board. Define long-term strategy, external partnerships, brand positioning, vendor/member relationships, and industry-facing programs while working with staff to translate strategy into execution and maintain fiscal and cultural health.

Recruit candidates for client organizations by creating job descriptions, reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, assessing skills and cultural fit, documenting scorecards, and shortlisting candidates. The role requires low-voltage industry experience, team leadership, strong communication, sound judgment, high emotional intelligence, remote-work capability, and a consistent work history.
