Coordinate LCL ocean import operations including cargo receiving, container load planning and stowage, documentation (B/L, dock receipts, manifests), track-and-trace, OS&D resolution, door delivery and customs clearance, CFS tasks, billing, exams/holds, claims, and customer diversion requests. Support mailbox processing and perform cargo utilization and cost analysis.

Manage a multi-state sales territory for international freight: develop business through regular customer visits and calls, document activity in CRM, coordinate follow-ups, analyze customer trends, generate and distribute leads, and collaborate with local and international teams to grow revenue.
