Contract eLearning Developer responsible for auditing, redesigning, rebuilding, and developing online courses in Articulate Rise 360. The role includes instructional design, assessment and interaction development, accessibility, LMS and SCORM testing, localization readiness, media integration, standards development, stakeholder collaboration, and managing multiple course timelines. Five-plus years of instructional design experience, recent hands-on Rise 360 expertise, and a portfolio of live builds are required.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for CrossFit’s Education products, including learner experiences, course registration, content delivery, learning platforms, and credentialing. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Education leadership to prioritize investments, navigate legacy systems, improve measurement, run growth experiments, and deliver measurable learner and business outcomes.

Owns CrossFit Education partner relationships and contractual performance from negotiation and onboarding through renewals or exits. Manages agreements, obligations, compliance, partner communications, performance reporting, participant feedback, and corrective actions. Coordinates cross-functional teams across Operations, Analytics, Product, Content, Marketing, Finance, and Legal while tracking registrations, revenue, course volume, renewals, satisfaction, and partner commitments.

Leads CrossFit’s global affiliate business, overseeing network growth, retention, operational support, performance metrics, budgeting, and business model optimization. Partners across departments to improve value for affiliate owners, gathers field feedback, and develops scalable operating frameworks. Recruits and mentors the affiliate operations team while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence across the global network.

Leads global community marketing for CrossFit’s affiliate network, overseeing affiliate communications, lifecycle programs, resource toolkits, international marketing, events, campaigns, media activation, engagement, retention, budgeting, vendors, and performance reporting. The role develops localized strategies, manages cross-functional and in-market partners, promotes conferences and CrossFit Games activations, and uses analytics and research to improve affiliate growth, sentiment, and retention.
