Lead FP&A activities for the Accessories Division: manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, margin and profitability analytics, reporting, and financial modeling. Partner with cross-functional teams, deliver actionable insights, lead an analyst, and drive AI/automation improvements to forecasting and reporting processes.

Analyze sales and marketing data to forecast demand, optimize assortments, review retail sales by account, prepare and present analysis for customer meetings, and collaborate with inventory management to address shortages.

Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of scalable .NET-based applications and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement CI/CD and cloud solutions, ensure code quality and performance, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
